Weekly Journal Prompt - Let go...

This week's Journal Prompt of the Week is all about letting go. Anytime the season changes it's an opportunity to reflect and move forward. Letting go doesn't always have to be a bad thing, sometimes it's the best thing. You can add to this week's prompt with these variations:
- If I let go of ... self-doubt
- If I let go of ... expectation
- If I let go of ... what's holding me back
- If I let go of ... fear
Play with this prompt and make it whatever you want. You can also use it as is. We always have stuff we're ready to let go of because it's time to focus that energy somewhere else more useful. What parts of your life need a little more energy? Where do you want to liven up a bit? What's good about letting go of summer besides not sweating all the time?
If you are new to journal writing I encourage you to use a timer and just write for 10 minutes. This helps you get into the flow a bit quicker. You'll be amazed how fast 10 minutes can go! Have fun with this one and enjoy.
