This week's Journal Prompt of the Week is all about your trusting your gut and listening to your inner-wise self. I wrote yesterday about how to listen to your intuition. One of the fastest and easiest ways to tune into your intuition is to journal with it. Yes, journal with your intuition. This is one of my favorite journal techniques because it quickly shows you how much insight you have access to. You just have to ask!

I have many names for my intuition -  I call her my inner-wise self, my gut, my higher self, my soul, and my inner-guide. Choose which ever word or phrase feels most true for you. Write on a fresh journal page, "What my inner-wise self wants me to know is..." and let your pen do the rest. Insert your word or phrase in for "inner-wise self" if needed.

Spend 10 minutes writing from the perspective of your inner-guide. Stretch your imagination and don't hold back. You'll be amazed how fast 10 minutes can go! Have fun with this one and enjoy. -Andrea
