This week's Journal Prompt of the Week is all about tuning into what you want most of all. Inspired by my own personal wake up call this summer I turned to my journal and started asking myself what it was I needed to change in my life. It turned out I knew exactly what I wanted all along. I was experiencing self-doubt because I wasn't living my most authentic life. This journal prompt is a great starting point in doing so.
If you are new to journal writing I encourage you to use a timer and just write for 10 minutes. This helps you get into the flow a bit quicker. You'll be amazed how fast 10 minutes can go! Have fun with this one and enjoy. -Andrea
