Today's journal prompt of the week is all about rituals and practices. The word 'practice' is my favorite word right now. It is so permission granting. I think so much of us can focus too much on achieving the end goal or gaining mastery that we really don't slow down and enjoy the process. Process is a practice and I invite you to use your journal today to help build your own.

A practice can be something you do everyday like journaling, prayer, or yoga. It can be something you intend to do as it comes up like vulnerability, difficult conversations, or mindfulness. For a better understanding of the importance of ritual and some ideas read here.
