Morning Ritual Club is here!
I paired up with Yoga Teacher and Wellness Author, Skylor Powell, for a 5-day program to help you create a morning ritual you LOVE. We created this because we've personally experienced the benefit of creating a Morning Ritual for ourselves and for the clients we work with professionally.
Carving out sacred space and time for yourself in the morning is a wonderful way to start your day on your terms, set your intentions, and boost your energy.
What is it Morning Ritual?
Skylor and I have combined forces to bring you morning practice for the people in the world that don’t have time for a morning practice. Whether you’re a yoga instructor or the CEO of a Fortune 500, it’s easy to get caught up in the inertia of to-do’s.
For 5 days, take 15 minutes in the morning to write in your journal (5 minutes), practice yoga (5 minutes) and make a smoothie (5 minutes).
What does Morning Ritual include?
- 5 Days of Mindfulness Practice designed for you with efficiency in mind! Each day includes the following:
- 5 Minutes of Journal Writing created by Andrea for you to start your day with positive intention and without stress or anxiety
- 5 Minutes of Yoga Flow designed by Skylor for the beginner or advanced Yogi to tune into your body, connect to your breath, and start your day feeling refreshed
- 5 Minutes of Smoothie Making with recipes built by Skylor to decrease inflammation and give you sustained energy throughout your morning. Plus you'll get healthy veggies, fruits, and fats in before you even leave the house!
- Videos to follow along with in your email every morning at 5AM so you can start your day mindfully no matter where you live
How do I sign up and when does it begin?
You can sign up by registering for the program here! You have until Saturday, February 28th to get signed up. We'll send you a recipe list for your smoothies on Sunday then Morning Ritual Club begins at 5AM in your email on Monday, March 2nd!
