Ultimate Gratitude List to practice dailyHappy Thanksgiving! Earlier this week I posted this journal prompt to help you practice gratitude. Today I want to share my Ultimate Gratitude List. This is a list of my top 10 things to express gratitude for everyday. I don't always get to every single one but when I say my gratitudes at night, in the morning, or throughout the day a few of these are always in there. My gratitude practice is a combination of journaling and quiet reflection.

This list is something I totally and completely made up for myself in a time of great need. When I really sat and thought about what I was grateful for nothing material showed up like my house or my clothing, and nothing physical showed up like air or fresh water.

For me, although essential to my humanness, these things weren't what I was ultimately grateful for because it wasn't my mind expressing the gratitude, it was my soul. My essence and higher consciousness that is eternally grateful and this is what came fourth - 

  1. Love

  2. Compassion

  3. Purpose

  4. Forgiveness

  5. Connectedness

  6. Peace

  7. Conviction

  8. Patience

  9. Faith

  10. Miracles

These are my 10 Ultimate Gratitudes. When I need a little more courage or to remember my place in things I use this list to center myself. They are my gift to you.

Now I get to put together a wonderful meal for a few people in my life who remind me of all these things everyday. My hope is that today and most days you surround yourself with people, thoughts, and ideas that bring more of this into existence. In love and light, Andrea
