First Thursday Women's Journal Group
Do you want to inspire your journal practice? Learn techniques, prompts, and new ways to use your journal in a supportive group. Join me the first Thursday of every month for my women's journal group. Class Dates:
September 4th - 7-8PM
October 2nd - 7-8PM
November 6th - 7-8PM
December 4th - 7-8PM
January 8th* - 7-8PM
February 5th - 7-8PM
*Please note: January's group will be held on the second Thursday.
About the Group
Each group session is 60 minutes and capped at 10 women for better connection and sharing. I bring with me a toolbox of journal techniques, prompts, and ways to improve your journal practice. We will write in 5-7 minute increments based on a theme for the evening.
Themes each month will be determined by what the group needs that particular night and can not be determined in advance. Common themes include: transition, change, goal setting, self-reflection, and stress-relief.

Single Class Drop-in: $25
3 Month Series (classes must be consecutive) - $60
6 Month Series (classes must be consecutive) - $90

You will need:
- A journal. I do not provide a journal because it is important that you love the journal you write in. If you already have a journal that speaks to you, use it. If not, this is a great time to gift yourself a new one. Take your time picking your journal out - you will know when you've found the one! I strongly recommend you use pen and paper and not your computer or tablet.
- A pen. Keep your favorite pen with your journal. This makes it easy when you go to journal. Make sure it has plenty of ink.
Due to class size limit you must pay in advance to hold your spot.
