Monthly Challenge DEC 2014I love the holidays - yes, I am one of those people. I just do! The holiday season is full of my favorite memories and they keep on coming. It's also a wonderful time of year because it gives space for reflection. This is what you'll do a lot of this month in your journal challenge. December is not just for peppermint hot chocolate and holiday parties, it's also a time for hunkering down and practicing gratitude. We plant in the winter what we wish to cultivate in the spring. Use this month to reflect in 2014, what you're most looking forward to in the new year, and what you're thankful for this year. Enjoy!

The challenge is free to participate in. Included each month are 12-15 writing prompts in a .pdf calendar you can download, print out, and keep in your journal or on your desk. The prompts aren't everyday but spread out over the month. Some prompts are specific to that month or season, and some are just for fun.
