The more I dig into my work the more my community begins to take shape. I've found myself surrounded by incredible people in the healing arts, yogis, and coaches all working toward helping people feel more grounded and whole. A natural part of community is collaboration - building things together for the collective good. Which brings me to a new project I'm very excited about and honored to be part of with Skylor Powell! Skylor is a wellness author and yoga instructor (and one of the kindest people I know). We're joining forces!

A morning mindfulness practice...for people who don't have time for a mindfulness practice!
