This week's journal prompt is about learning from our life lessons. We've all thought, "If I knew then what I know now..." But the beauty is, it's not too late to use your hindsight! Life is a revolving door of unresolved stuff.

Have you ever wondered why you attract the same people to your life? Why you seem to get stuck in you debt? Why every time you book a vacation something comes up and you have to cancel? It's no accident. It's your life lessons in motion.

Today I want you to journal this prompt and see if you can't bring some foresight to your life.

If I could tell my younger self anything it would be...

Place 10 minutes on a timer and put pen to paper. Let yourself really explore. If you inner-critic hops into the conversation kindly ask her to step aside and invite your inner-wise self or higher self to your journal page.
